need help! best supplement to put on muscle mass and get results

please give me some ideas of what works took methyl 1-d but didnt really 100% get wat i wanted. wanna put on 10-20lbs of mass and not really get puffy just muscle lol what is the best supplement and stack to take give me some opinions.thank you

it depends on what an individual is lacking.....
e.g if diet is your problem, then focus on food, food related supps and multiple meals throughout the day.

Diet, workout and lifestyle are what you wana be looking at before Methyl-1-D.
Btw, Methyl-1-D does require Post Cycle Therapy.

Your first post is looking for a supplement to gain 10-20lbs? How about spend some time to learn how to train and eat properly for said goals? 5'7'' 145lbs you have a while to go before dabbling in PHs.

so true. Food and almost powerlifting in the beginning are your best friends(and sleep) and a lot of water

as far as supplements dont worry about being cut ..by all means control your body fat levels by your diet habits,...
