Truth about 1-andro rx

Hey guys, i just started taking 1-andro rx yesterday. Im gonna run 600mg ed (6caps) for at least 30 days. I've used a lot of supps before and I would never recommend something that is unsafe or doesnt work. Now, supposedly this has relatively no side effects and doesn't convert to estrogen or DHT and is not toxic to your liver. SO, if it works, it sounds like a pretty kick ass product. IF it works...so i guess its time to figure that part out. I'll include before and after pics, as well as my diet and workouts. I have no reason to lie about this product so EVERYTHING i say about it will be completely true from my personal experiences

Monday-Chest and Back

Tuesday-Bi's,Tri's,Forearms

Wednesday-Shoulders and Legs

Thursday-Off

Friday-Light Full Body (2-3sets per body part)

Saturday-Off

Sunday-Off


This workout was my physical therapists idea. He has a lot of experience with weightlifting and overtraining so his recommendation is to work opposite body parts (I.e. Chest and Back) in order to stretch out your muscles more when you lift and increase blood flow. Ultimately, this makes your muscles develop more. The purpose of the light full body is to get your muscles to work out more than once per week but not overtrain them by hammering them 2x per week.

Diet- around 2500 cals, 200g protein, 300g carbs, low fat

I will also be doing 20-30 minutes of cardio 4x a week varying from HIIT to just light and fast jogging.

Halfway through my first bottle and haven't noticed any sides so far. Since i started this new workout 3 weeks ago My flat bench has gone from 275x3 to 285x3 and my Decline from 195x10 to 235x 6 but i only started using the andro during the 3rd week of my new workout so idk if the andro has to much to do with these increases yet. I do feel like i havent been getting as tired tho. It's worth mentioning that im also take kre-alkalyn, fish oil, glucosamine, thistle, multi vitamins, and whey protein isolate along with the andro rx.

Got the before pics but it wont let me upload them for some reason. Tips would be great.

i am tempted to tell you to put an off day in between chest/back and bi's/tri's. you're hitting those arm muscles twice in two days - first day indirectly, second day directly. i don't think that ends up working in your favor, but being on cycle, you might actually recover fast enough to do this, i really don't know. just food for thought. good luck with your cycle man.

alright whats your e-mail so i can send you them. and i have done chest one day followed by arms without a break in the past. it never really seemed to bother me and soreness was never an issue. if i feel weak or overly sore then i'll switch it up. thx for the advice.
 
and it was just saying the pics were invalid. i took them on a cell phone so idk if that has anything to do with it.

Great stuff 1-Andro! Finishing up my run this Sunday. Plan on running it again in the near future too. Only thing I would change is the dosing. I ran 600mg for 30 days and finished the 4th week at 800mg. I would run the entire cycle at 800mg next time. I just felt better at that dose. I did experience some mild lethargy after the second week. It was my first cycle of anything and it was a big plus. Oh yeah, I am at +5 lbs of lean mass. All the best Koz!

yeah you would probably see better results. the only problem is it'd be kinda expensive to run it at 800mg for at least 30 days.

I would bump the protein slightly. If you're almost 200lbs I would take 225g for this cycle. Also, why don't you bump up your healthy fats a bit? They will def help

You would need 4 bottles to do that and yes that is getting into the expensive range. I will be looking for sales for sure. The 800mg just feels better for me.

For me no. The positives totally out weighed any negatives Koz.

how were the strength gains? also, did you notice more hardening and cutting or would you say this is more of a bulker

Not as much a strength as an endurance benefit with the weights...more reps with the same weights. It could be a serious bulker because all I wanted to do was eat. I tend to stay fairly lean year round(low carbs) and the ALCAR helped in this respect. When I run it again it will be for a serious bulk.

Results speak for themselves. 5 lbs LBM in 4-6 weeks is outstanding seeing what the body is limited i actually creating LBM. You can almost say 80-90% LBM gains due to the human body limited to .5-.75 lb per week.
 
Anyone know if 1-andro could be a good stack with Tren-X? I'm trying to find another good PH to stack with Tren that wouldn't merit too many sides. Tren already has too many to begin with, lol.

I'd like to see some results regarding:

-Strength
-Bulk
-And the sides and how harsh they are.
 
Sides aspect I would say no problem. Now that being said, I do not know if they would compete for the same receptors, etc...

They would know more about their products then any of us...:wave2:

But in regards to stacking with Andro RX I might run them both my next run but that wont be any time soon.
 
well my cycle has been messed up because instead of lifting M-T-W-F ithis week i was only able to lift monday. I got 295x3 and then 275x4 my following set so there has definitely been a strength increase in these past two weeks. but i hyperextended my elbow so i was forced to take some days off. should i discontinue use of the andro until i can lift again or continue taking it?
 
How serious was the injury? Can still pound out some killer leg workouts!
 
i'll probly need another week or so. yes i can do legs tho. and abs. thats about it

I would stay in the cycle and by next week you will be hitting the sweet spot of the run! All the best in the injury recovery Koz!
 
thx man. i was able to do chest and back yesterday. little pain but i don't think its really affecting hwow much i can lift. i definitely feel alot stronger than i did 3 weeks ago. no sides yet either. so far it seems like the andro is good for increasing strength bu tnot so much mass. i started at 193 and im now 194.6. so not really a big increase in size but my bench has gone up about 20-25 pounds and i lift more in every exercise. maybe this would be a good product for a cutting cycle.
 
yeah. my diet IS more for a cutting cycle. 2500 cals isn't really high enough if your looking to put on alot of size. im really just looking for good strength gains

Have you run any cycles before this one and what do you have lined up for your PCT?

I don't think you said anything about what your goals for the cycle were. You should be getting pretty close to the end of your cycle so I'm wondering what your final thoughts are about 1-Andro with respect to what you wanted to accomplish with thsi cycle.
 
The recomp effect will be more pronounced dependant upon diet. The weight gain might not be as noticeable, but the decreased bf will certainly make up for that.
 
sry for not posting in awhile. i wouldnt really say i leaned out to much. this is week 4 and i gained about 4.5 pounds now. kicked in a little better in weeks 3 and 4. but in week 3 i dropped to 400mg ed cuz of my elbow bothering me and not being able to go all out. i felt almost as if i would have been wasting it. so im probably gonna get about 5 weeks out of it now instead of for. my goals were to up my bench by at least 20-25 pounds and just generally increase my strength without putting on too much weight. like i said im only 69.5' tall so i can definitely look a lot better and my weight than i do now. so mass hasn't been a concern. but as i said. i did gain 4 pounds. BTW i got 300 for 3 today and 275 for 6. before i started the cycle i did 275 for 3 or 4.
 
srry for not posting in forever. but anyway my cycles over. overall i would say pretty good strength increase. about 20-25 lbs on my bench for sets of three and im up at least 10-15 pounds in all my exercises. also i gained 4.5 pounds. which isnt too bad considering i wasnt on a bulking diet i was only taking in like 2500 cals a day. the only ****ty part is i have to use an otc pct and i dont feel comfortable with.
 
What does your PCT consist of Koz?
 
its novedex xt by gaspari nutrition. i wanted to order a clomidex or nolvadex online but i can only find them through the thousands of different steroid sites and i dont know which r legit and which arent so i just went with an otc product
 
What are you using for a test booster?
