and im taking n large 2
they have us workout for an hour than get ready
for practice in 30 minutes then have practice for
2 hours and 30 minutes
should i take the n large after workout and b4 practice
or should i wait and just take it after everything
If you are having a solid meal that consists of complex carbs and protein at about an
1 or 1 1/2 hours before workout and practice you should have the N-Large right after
workout and practice as your recovery liquid meal. If I am not mistaken N-Large is by
the co. Prolab and it consists of whey concentrate as the protein source and maltodextrin and fructose as the carbs. If you are useing this as a weight gainer there
are others out their with a better formula.
You could pack your lunch. Have a bowl with brown rice, black beans, salsa, and chicken breast. You can make a large helping of the beans and rice and salsa. You can use canned black beans, just put them in a strainer and rinse them down good. Add them to cooked rice, add salsa and mix. You could have 1 1/2 or 2 cups of that with about 6oz of chicken breast or so.
Beans and rice are cheap and easy to make, excellent combo!
