im a type 1 diabetic and was wondering if this would be a good supplement to take because my friend gave it and im trying to figure out if it would be ok before i try it lol

im pretty sure there is a MASSIVE amount of sugars in it... so it will spike insulin levels through the roof... just pick up some plain old mono if u really want creatine but make sure ur staples are already there...

yes i think that is fine... but only order from nutraplanet.com its the best...
