Hello

What is the best for form of Phosphatidylserine i searching around and found this:

Phosphatidylserine supplements were derived from the brain cells of cows. Because of concerns about mad cow disease, however, most manufacturers now produce phosphatidylserine supplements from soy or cabbage derivatives. Early studies, though promising, were based on cow-derived supplements. It's not known if plant-based phosphatidylserine supplements offer any benefits.

and later i found this product seems to be good?

CortBloc

i looking for EndoAmp Max by pp (expensive) or maybe this CortBlocby MuscleLink

They appear to be all plant based now because of UK BSE .... (blame the Brits, blame me).

Endomax may not be that expensive actually ... its got 44g of the stuff ... 220 loads of the dosage you 've mentioned. Got to go...

EndoAmp had a high-quality 50% PS extract. The new Invalid Link Removed includes 600mg of alpha-GPC, which was added for $5 extra, and costs Invalid Link Removed at NP. Most studies done these days and for the past several years are with Soy based PS, so it has been shown to be effective.

You're really getting quite a bit of product for the price with EndoAmp Max; especially in terms of the A-GPC content (600mg/serving.) Combine that with the PS content (800mg/serving), and it's a hell of a combo product for the price.

Check out this thread also if you haven't already. I posted some studies in there on both PS and A-GPC supplementation and resistance exercise:

Damn you redcoats!! ;)

BSE/CJD are bad news indeed though. The evil "prion" wins this round...
