Saw this on another board. The latest issue of sports illustrated has a GREAT article on supplements. Its a must read IMO. Called "what you dont know might kill you". Blows the lid off the supplement scam business and exposes many company owners for what they are criminals and rats. Here's the link. Enjoy - it IS enlightening.
