I just picked up two containers of CMI BIG for 11.99 each, two containers of Red Cell Pro for 14.99 each and two containers of No3 Overload pill form for 22.00 each. I guess the vitamin shoppe is making room for new products. Figured I'd give it a try.

I am currently taking Red Cell W/ NO3 Overload first thing in the morning on empty stomach. I head to the gym and post work out consume scoop of whey,
dextrose and BIG in one shaker bottle. Later in the evening I take one more serving of Red Cell and before bed a serving of BIG.

Does this sound like the best way? I figured Red Cell Pro can be taking with NO3 for pre workout. Since Red Cell has BCAAS should be enough to get me through the workout. My normal routine would be to eat first.

My other question is about BIG. Is it an o.k. idea to mix this with my protein shake or should I consume it separately?

It definitely helps put me to sleep. I have read problems with people not able to take it post work out due to the fact it makes you tired. It definitely relaxes me after my workout but not enough to put me to sleep; of course unless I want to sleep.

BTW: It taste pretty bad and it looks like dirt before mixing it. I get around the taste by mixing it with my protein and dextrose.

Only 11.99 at my local Vitamin Shoppe.

Update

I am not sure what supplement is working the best for me. I have been using NO3 OVerload for a couple of weeks and Red Cell Pro and BIG for about one week.

My bench press has def. improved. I have always struggled on bench press.
Before this stack I was pushing

Bench Press 185 8-10 Reps. Today I did 185 13 reps.
225 2-3 Reps. Today I did 225 4 reps.

Dead lifts 315 5 Reps. Recently 315 8 Reps good form.

I have not noticed any improvements on other exercises, at least nothing very exciting for me.

I still have 2 new containers to go through and maybe I can post up a review.
