Morning Shake Help??!

Hey, im ordering my supplements tonight, and i need some advice or opinions

as we all know a morning shake like right after you wake up is very important.
since im 16 and i got school i all ways drink Muscle Pharm Combat in the morning since its got nice casein(8 hours!woo);

well this is my schedule
i drink my combat shake at 6:40 and my next meal is not till 11:15.

should keep taking my combat drink? or should i get like whey protein?
i dont wanna spend alot of money, and the combat shake is a lil on the $$ side.

and i dont want my muscles to eat itsself

any suggestions?

The combat is great protein from what I have read about it, but if your on a budget maybe not the best deal...You could always add some fat in your shake to slow down the digestion of the protein...Or you could eat some Low-Fat cottage cheese which is very slow digesting protein as well.

Here is a morning shake that works great and it cheap.

2 scoops Whey
1 Tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Coffee{Natural Thermogenic}
1/2 cup of oatmeal
2 packets of splenda.

All Blended in a blender=Yummy

thanks, i mean you think if i take just a 1-2 scoops of whey in the morning itll do me food till lunch?

Well you may try to throw a scoop or 2 in a shaker cup with some water and when going to the rest room slam it down real fast.

That means

Meal-1 6:30
2 scoops Whey
1 Tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Coffee{Natural Thermogenic}
1/2 cup of oatmeal
2 packets of splenda.

Meal-2{No Carb Meal} 9:00
2 scoops Whey

Meal-3 11:15

IMO, whey protein shakes are superior, both post-workout and upon wakening.
