Prime, AP, HGC, Recreate + Activate xtreme log

Hello !!

This will be my Log for the following next 3 months.

The Goal is to loose some fat and gain a little bit of muscle, a little recomp.

Start bodyweight is 222lbs at 19.6 bodyfat.

Supplements I will use during that log;

Protein powder
Fish oil
CLA
NO Shotgun

I started the Ultra Labs Human grow complex on the April 25, 2009.

So far I can't comment much on them, maybe a little bit of hunger increase. I dose them 3 caps a day.

On the May 5, 2009 I started Anabolic pump and Prime


Anabolic Pump is use 3 time a day before meal
Prime is 6 caps a day 6 day on 1 day off.

Recreated have been started on May 7, 2009


I dose 2 recreated first thing in the morning, and one in the afternoon.

Activate xtreme will start after 6 weeks, to finish the remaining 6 weeks of the log.


So it has been about A week yet on this stack, so far the pump when working out has been better espacialy on arms days.

Not much to report yet.

Will update in the end of this week.

Today was legs day ! Squat rack was use when I arrive so went to the legs press station.

Really good workout, It been a while since I got such a pump in my legs !! Felt good during the workout, weight felt light !

So far I am loving this stack !

More to come hopefully !

I just finished week two on this stack:

So far the pump is really great, small strength increase. Increase in hunger also. In the mirror I look leaner already.

I feel good and energy trough the day. Endurance is up also.

I did play ice hockey for the first time in the last few a
months.......and to my surprise recovery between shifts was as good as when I was playing 2 to 3 times a week.

The pump feeling is really thigh....comparable to the pump on a PH cycle.

Started a new program which is a variation off the dog crapp training with more cardio. So I will alternate between 3 types of workout. So I will talk about the strength gain only around week 6, before the start of Activate xtreme.

Finished week 3, and one Prime bottle down!

So far I certainly lost fat, pant feel loose at the wait and ass level. Unfortunately my shirts start to feel loose to, especially at the arms level. Might be because I am creatine since starting this log.

The last few day my hunger seem to have go down which was not the case in the previous 3 weeks, where it was more of a roller coaster kind of thing, one day feeling ok with not a lot of cals, the other feeling hungry all the time.

My pump and intensity in the gym is still really good, but not better than before.
