Bulk Powder Pre-workout stack.

Besides buying a gimmicky pre-workout supplement product with a bunch of compounds in it thats overpriced let's create a pre-workout stack.

What I'm thinking of making..

3g CEE or Mono
4g Taurine
2g Beta-Alanine
1.5 - 2g ALCAR
2g Baking Soda

I am going for something towards something non-stimulating and something for mental focus. I am considering adding Tyrosine possibly and maybe Arginine. Big maybe on arginine since I am not completely sold on it. Thoughts?

I would add 3grams of arginine and some bcaa's.

BA and Taurine compete. Move taurine to the end of your workout and take the BA before.

Some studies say that taurine and beta alanine compete for the same receptors. You may want to split up the dosage. Some studies say that taking both simultaneously has no affects on muscle carnosine concentration. That leaves it up to you.
