Ephedra turns into ephedrine. Anything HCL is the target drug or compound it's doesn't have to convert. Bro basically you want the HCL.

I tend to get more sides from ephedra than from e hcl. More jittery, more prostate inflammation, etc. I actually think ephedra is better if you're looking for a 'boost' for pre-workout, since I feel it more.
