Bulk Taurine from NP

...just wondering with the bulk taurine from nutra planet...how should it be dosed?

I usually dose it 5gm pre and post workouts, if you are having back pumps you should raise it to 10gm

I take 2.5 grams pre-workout,2.5 post and 2.5 later on in the day whenever I remember.It goes very well with Creatine Mono and A-AKG.

I use one teaspoon of Taurine and one teaspoon of AAKG poweder mixed in diet iced tea or lemonade pre-workout.
