    A healthy diet to go along with my workout


    Im a junior in high school, the past two years i give up on playing sports and decided to get a job but this new year i decided that i want to play football my senior year. i recently started to take NO2 and cell tech to build my body up to strengh for football but i need some help with my diet so i can reach my full potential with my workouts because i know you have to have a good diet with your workout schedule. And if there are some other recommended thing like some other supplement that are better then what i am taking tell me please. im new to all this, so i dont know to much so i need all the help i can get.
