Before you all tell me to search I have searched and searched and want to see if anyone is in the same boat as me. I usually work out about 6:00-6:30 in the evening. I usually try to get into bed about 10:00-10:30. I was thinking of taking Animal Pumps and removing the red pill if I'm too late in the evening or white flood is the other option but I want to be able to sleep?? If anyone has been in this situation what has worked for you?? I am thinking Purple Wrath or Extend sipped just before and throughout my workout with a creatine supp mixed in. Just need to get my pre workout/pump supp. Thanks
