I have been working out for about 6 months now, and doing just hardcore training with protiens.
This past week I just got some Black Powder and I Loved it, but it gave me the Caffiene Spike that I didnt want after working out. My body is really sensitive to that stuff.
Does anyone know of a NO-suppliment without the caffiene, That will work well?
Or any other Pre-workout supplements without the caffiene?
