got a tub of it, haven't opened it yet...is there a scooper in it?

if so how/when should i take how many scoops?
if not, how much/when should i take it?

theres a scooper in it... looks just like the ones from xtend. serving is three scoops basically whenever. wanna try something great? three of DominATP three scoops of jacked and five of those refresh pills that came with it

never a better more focused more powered intense crazy and strong workout than that! I mean that is if your used to stim's. no jitters though when I'm on my mix just a pure energy that makes u keep going forever!

can i add 3 scoops to eaa + bcaa by lg sciences and drink pre/intra/post workout?
or skip out on the eaa+bcaa and just do 3 scoops intra with 20 oz. water?

I have been dosing like this:

3 Scoops DominATP w/ Recreate and 2 scoops Jack3d
then
2 scoops intra-workout

Besides the mix I mentioned above I use two scoops xtend and a scoop of purple wraath before... a scoop of purple wraath intra, and two scoops of xtend post.

Thats over 45g of BCAA and EAA's and I dont have any negative effects you should be fine... But I do my workouts fasted and need the energy.

You can also do three scoops. You do not have to take five. A lot of these dosing preferences depend on an individual's body mass, his workout type and intensity, his other sources of similar ingredients, and so on.
