Some Advice would be great please

Hey, I have been looking at this forum for awhile but this is the fist post.

I am hoping for some advice regarding supplements. I will give you a breif history so it might help you out with some advice.

I have been on and off training for a couple of years but broke my hand about a year ago.. Its fully healed now though and i have been back into training pretty flat out for the past 2 months and starting to get some good results. The thing is in my time off i had put on a bit of weight (slack i no).

Anyway next week i am planning on starting the Max-OT routine. I am getting my diet sorted etc but just want to no what my best supplements are to take to help me lose my weight but kept size on and my strength up. I am currently 108kgs i am wanting to lose about 10kgs or so over the time but regain most of it in muscle.

I have been told to get the following supplements to help:
Horleys - Iced Whey Protine
Super Pump 250
Creatine Tablets (Can you please advise me the best product)
& Weight loss tablets (Can you please also advise me the best product)

Any help would be great even if you think there are better protine's insted of horleys or anything else i should or shouldnt be taking that would be great.

Personally here is what i would do toy have the right idea with the sups but diet is really key like you said sorting it out but diet is really the KEY to gaining muscle and size, as for products heres what i would do.

Protein- All the whey protein (very good tasting)

Pre Workout- It varies on the person some solid ones are the aformentioned super pump 250, jack3d, white flood, JP8.

Creatine- Buy bulk creatine mono powder its real cheap and last a long or a good flavored creatine product is Green MAGnitude from controlled labs

Weight loss tabs- Slim Extreme/ Levithan Reloaded/ Recreate are all very good ones look into those.
