    Swole making me sick

Anyone have a problem with swole creatine making them sick to the point of puking about four hours after they take it? i know its the swole because its happened about four times now. I have taken it before with no problems maybe about a year ago and micronized creatine gives me no problems what so ever. Anyone else with similiar experiences?

i had this same issue (when i didn't take it with any food). so try and eat something whenever you dose it, that helped me. not to mention since your supposed to take it post work-out you should be eating something anyway.

My training partner had this problem on old Swole a lot. Taking it with food took care of the problem for the most part. I'm pretty sure its the glycocamine that is causing this. The new version hasn't cause him any problems yet, but he never takes it without eating too.

It's the GPA, not glycocyamine.. Trust me..

The old formula didn't have GPA but did have a lot more glycocamine than the new version has. I'm not saying GPA doesn't have the same effect but glycocamine is the only thing in the old version that could cause this. I think Wojo had the same problem on the old version.

It was glucoronlactone(sp?), I know first hand that it's GPA doing it in this mix, which is why I ask that you trust me..

Besides, I had the same issue, talked to someone about it, they explained..

FYI, both the swoles, the old one and the v2 make me sick. I must add that it takes a lot for to throw up as I am 32 years old now and Ithe last time I threw up I was 17.

I'm currently using v2 with no problems, knock on wood. I take mine right before breakfest and supper.

Oh, I trust you BPF . So it was the stimulant that is in Red Bull also, that made people sick from the first one? Wow. I guess I'm just lucky, I've never got sick from either Swole and I almost never take with it food and I've drank so much Red Bull that if I haven't gotten sick yet, I probably never will.

Yeah, I never get sick from red Bull, yet I have friends who can't drink half a can without yawning in color..

I was told, to combat the nausea from GPA to take Swole V2 with food..
