I'm considering capping my own supplements... Which capping kit would be best for me?

Also, are 0 size caps bigger than 00 size caps?

0 Smallest, 000 largest. Just get the Invalid Link Removed. Or just the Kit+ Caps, and invest in a 0.01g scale, you will need it eventually.

Is there a technique for using multiple bulk compounds in the same cap, while being able to control the quantity so that you get the same amount in each cap?

Is it reasonable to take a large mixing bowl and stir the supplements around before capping them, or is there a better method to control the quantities?

Best way I've found is to weigh the ingredients, place them in a small ziploc such as Invalid Link Removed , then seal it closed and shake vigorously. That was a Grape Seed, 50% Icariin and Coleus batch shown.
