DTH, JP8,. All that stuff is what I use to keep me motivated and recovered. Additionally, , and to keep everything mildly in check. I may sound biased, but I have great success with Get Diesel stuff. I'm going to add to it as well, as I'm all for clean bulking. Oh yeah, and lots of food!! I'd use the search button bud, there's a wealth of knowledge on here.
