Best AI for reducing e2?

what would be good for reducing e2. My level is 53 pg/nl. is that fairly high? Woudl DIM be good or what? Sides i experience are hot flush feeling as well as dry eyes? Any thoughts? related to e2 and if so, what AI would work best?

I really don't see any AI working that much if not any better than the other.

I am sure any from a reputable company will do the trick.
