2 year layoff

Hey guys,
I am a 38 year old former personal trainer who up until 3 years ago was pleased with my build and life in general.
Then a 45 degree leg press weight stack fell from 4 ft in the air and 315pounds crushed my foot in over 15 places and created a condition in my body known as RSD. I was never supposed to be able to walk without assistance again let alone even dream of training. I have over come those odds though and through 2 years of intense and painful therapy and hard work I can walk without assistance and I am even starting to train again.
My problem is that I have been away from the game far to long as now I am asking for the help of the best bodybuilding minds out there for advice.
Can you please recommend to me 3 supps that in your opinion are worth the money and time.
I would like a test increasing : I was think either powerful or Nolvadex with the anti aromatizing as 1
I am thinking of one to go with like 1 methyl
and also one like zma
Can you guys please give me advice for the current gen of supps?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I'd stick with the essentials at first, zma, multi, creatine, omega 3/fish oil...just my 2cents
