Animal flex is without a doubt your best bet it is a great joint support sup. Orange triad from controlled labs is another you could try but it is more a multivitamin with join support rather then a just joint support product

All you need is some glucoasamine with chonroitin or MSM. Add a couple grams of fish oil and flax seed oil. It takes a while for the lubrication to kick in

Cissus worsened my joint pain and made everything crack and pop even more due to its effects on lowering cortisol.

I've found the stack below helpful:

Sesathin
fish oil
glocosamine Hcl/MSM/choindroiton
boswellia extract

Disagree.

Glucosamine and chondroitin do not do anything.

Check this out (I'm not allowed to post links yet so you guys will have to put the url pieces together): latimes-dot-com/features/health/newsletter/la-he-skeptic7apr07,0,7595674.story

And about glucosamine, according to this article (charlotteobserver-dot-com/health/story/595864.html) "The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons now recommends against taking it."

Youve got me wondering now, i had sore elbow joints and starting taking USPlabs SuperCissus 1 month ago but if anything my joints have just got worse. Started dosing @ 6/day and then dropped down to 4/day after 2 weeks. Im gonna stop taking this stuff and see if it gets better.

animal flex always does the trick for me. or you can always go with 400-600 mg of deca a week. that would be the best bet.
