I'm asking questions like this because I want to learn. When I competed as a lightweight in the NPC IRONMAN (yes I competed - photos), I was only using creatine, and doing cardio, mult-vit, and protein. I wasn’t all juiced up, and that’s probably why I didn't win. That and that I didn’t even practice posing. I did it to set a goal and accomplish it. And that’s what I did.
What is your trip? I just want to try something new. And I want to reach a new level of fitness. Is there anything wrong with this?
