VPX freak needs help!

Hey ya'll,

Well I'm just getting back into working out after a 2-year break. So I have been constant for the last 6-8 weeks, and decided to go buy "some" supps. Well I fell for the advertising and bought the following products:



VPX 1-Test Cyp X 2

VPX 4-Test Cyp X 2

VPX 4-HT Cyp X 1

VPX 4-OH Deca X 2

VPX M1-T 240cc X 1

VPX Aromadex 240cc X 1

VPX Clenbutrix 240cc X 2

SAN V12



My wife says I have a tendency to be obsessive. Anyway, I've only used Creatine in the past and wanted to up the anti. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how I should use this stuff in conjunction with eating?



I'm 5'8 195lbs at 14%bf. I workout 4 times a week, with push - pull - legs routine. So in 3 weeks I hit each group 4 times. I only do cardio 1-2 times a week. Eating habits could be better, but I can hang with the strictest diet-(competed in NPC Ironman 2000)



So I am a newbie at this level of the game, and am eager to learn from any and all who are willing to give a brotha a hand. After reading on the forum, I'm beginning to think I probably could have spent the $$ on a product other than the overpriced VPX hype that I bought into, however at this point its too late, and I'll just chalk this one up.

Throw it away and spend some money on educating yourself.Sorry if that sounds harsh, but you'd be better off taking a step back and looking at this a little more sanely.

Harsh comments are welcomed, and I’m not offended. Thanks for your input, as I didn't know these products were to be "pinned" (VPX). However that is why I'm here - - to learn. It was too bad that I already bought the products before I found this forum. I do have half a mind though, and I'd rather sell or give the products away than toss them, that seems stupid. I will take your advice though and spend my time reading and becoming informed.

If you can sell them for what you've paid for them, do it. If you can't, hold on to them and you can have 3 cycles worth of stuff there. VPX is just very expensive for what you get, you can get stuff as good and better for a fraction of the cost of what you paid for these supplements. Put the Methyl back for at least a year. The rest, if you don't have a fear of pinning you can use(not all at the same time). Just do some research on this board and then plan a cycle with what you think would be a good dosage, then run it by the board here and see what is suggested.

Are there any benefits to taking these products orally? Any at all? If not, I will definitely sell them and just stick to what I've been doing. I'm not afraid of pinning, but I just don't want to go that route.

They can be taken orally but there is no benefit. With the cyp. esters on them they are made for pinning. Now that being said, the aromadex, clenbutrix and M-1-T are made to be taken orally. You could keep those, but like I said if you can get rid of them without losing money, do it, you can get the same stuff, much cheaper.

Bro don't throw them away. VPX is expensive but there poducts work. Read up and then design your cycles. You can also take them orally and you'll see SOME benefit. I think the transdermal route would be a better one for you so if you can sell the stuff do it but if not then take it orally if you don't want to pin it. The methyl 1test of course is for oral use but you should get some experience before you jump into that.

Im thinking you mean orally or transdermal, cause i have no idea what subdermal is...as for your question, i dont think there is any way to turn these into a transdermal. As far as dosaging goes for for orally, Id assume the dosages would be the same as if you were going to pin it, im not for sure on it though. Search around or im sure someone will give you a straight answer here in a little while

IMO you should wait 'til you have at least a year of consistent traning under your belt to use PHs. When you start up your gains will be pretty dramatic anyway, but your ligaments strengthen at their own rate, and not usually at the same rate your muscle strenght increases. Hold on to it until then.

It can't be made into a transdermal. He has two choices here if he's not going to pin. Sell it, or take it orally. It doesn't get any more straight forward then that. What I said about transdermal is it would be a better route for him. Like grab some of PN's make your own t-1.

Well I have been off and on again with the training. I have not hit it "hard core" for 2 years. I currently work with the following weights:



Flat Barbell Bench 335 X 8rps 385 X 1rp

Squat 375 X 8rps

LatPull 255 X 8rps



and I agree so far my gains have been OK. But I really want to get off the hook. My pic is from 2001 @ 170 and 9%bf. this was about 4 months after the show (Ironman) I want to be 200 @ 7-9% and I hope my genetics will help, however, as mentioned earlier, I want to take it to the next level.

I wasn’t all juiced up, and that’s probably why I didn't win. That and that I didn’t even practice posing. I did it to set a goal and accomplish it. And that’s what I did.



What is your trip? I just want to try something new. And I want to reach a new level of fitness. Is there anything wrong with this?

I don't doubt that vpx are decent products, I just think they have a reckless appoarch to advertising them. I mean they lie about product safety and delivery methods. They have the capabilty of releasing any product they want within hours. Name one other company that can do so.
