NO booster dosage?

This weekend I got a free bottle of CMI red cell, its a creatine and nitric oxide tab, lookin for some advice on how I can work this into my current stack? right now im taking green mag and white flood pre workout, xtend during my workout and post workout I drink 50g of whey isolate with 60g of dextrose. I was thinking about taking this Red Cell maybe at 3 tabs before bed to help boost GH release and help recovery, but any advice would be helpfull.

L-Arginine Alpha Keto-Glutarate (AAKG): 3000mg

Vaso Volumizing Proprietary Blend: 2200mg
MM5T (creatine ethyl ester malate), citrulline malate, gynostemma penaphyllum, genisteins (soy), cnidium monnier, sustained release proprietary matrix (hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose), folic acid, calcium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, sodium phosphate, NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), Red Cell Vascular Expander & definition matrix, quercetin, resveratrol, olive leaf extract (18% oleurpein), red wine extact (20%), bioperine.

Other Ingredients:
Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, triacetin, titanium dioxide FD & C red #40, magnesium stearate, slyloid, canuba wax.

Directions: Take 3 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). First dosage in the morning on an empty stomach, second dosage before lunch on an empty stomach, and third dosage before dinner on an empty stomach.

You can always up it from there if you want. I only take NO2 stuff preworkout personally. Seems like it isn't worth doing at other times, but maybe this thing is special. :)


On another note, how many people have tried taking more than 3gms of AAKG preworkout. It seems like that is the standard dose in all products. Is it a case of diminishing returns if you go beyond that. For example would 8 gms make my veins burst?
