My order. Review how I will be taking them please. REPS!
1x Ultimate Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate, 300 Grams
1x Nimbus Nutrition Poseidon-BA, 415 Grams
1x Higher Power Phenibut, 300mg/60 Capsules
1x Supplement Direct L-Leucine, 250 Grams
1x Supplement Direct Cissus Quadrangularis, 100 Grams
1x Prolab Advanced Caffeine, 60 Tablets
1x NOW Dextrose, 2 Lbs.
1x Universal Uni-Liver, 500 Tablets
1x Anabolic Xtreme Mass FX, 120 Capsules
1x Anabolic Xtreme AXcite, 10 mL Bottle
So I will be taking:
Poseidon-BA with Ultimate Nutrition's 1.5g of Creapure first thing in the morning, than pre-work out with 1.5g creapure+10g of dextrose. And just a regular serving before I sleep.
Then off days, Poseidon-BA with 1.5g Creapure in the morning and same thing before I sleep.
I will be taking 3-4g of Supplement Direct's L-Leucine 1-1 1/2 hours pre workout carb+protein meal/shake. And 3-4g of leucine+10g Dextrose+protein shake post workout. From what I've heard others say, additional supplementation of l-leucine with meals throughout the day is unnecessary.
As for the Uni-Liver I will be taking them 3-6 with every meal along with pre+postworkout.
And the Prolab's Advanced Caffeine, I liked the blend and especially the chocamine...seemed simple and cheap. I will only be taking it pre-workout.
As for the MassFX, I will be taking it once I regain all the weight I lost so theres no need to ask about it now. And also no questions needed to be asked about the Axcite.
The only real question I have is...how much and when should I take the cissus for joint/tendon support?
I realize how I wrote it may be real confusing but please bare with me here and tell me if I should change some things up. I tried to go with the most basic supplements.
BTW. I already have some Ultra Peptide 2.0 left over, Universal's Daily Formula(multi-v), and fish oil in check so don't think I left those out.
I will also be taking Anabolic Pump that I already have with every meal since they will all be high in protein+carbs.
