I'm currently taking dark matter by mhp for a post workout supp to minimize post workout catabolism. I was just wondering if you really had to follow what the label says and wait up to one hour to eat or drink anything. I worried that putting off eating until up to an hour after my wo cannot be good....

if you consume the dark matter right after training then you should be fine eating an hour later...DM provides everything your body "needs" for post workout.

Listen to your body! If your hungry eat! Just eat clean carbs an protein postworkout!

If you get hungry its probably ok to eat 45 minutes after consuming dark matter. But delsolrob is right, dark matter provides everything your body needs post workout. It also has 240 calories and feels a bit filling. Go with 45 minutes.

I want to try Dark Matter but 12g of protein seems a lil low post workout...
put my mind at ease this **** works good right? and do I still take my current creatine or does this stuff contain enough???

dark matter was awesome for me. I tried adding 5g more creatine pre workout and saw no added benefit or weight grain. 12 grams protein seems to be fine post workout. just drink another protein shake later on in the day or make sure you eat a lot of protein because i agree. 12 g protein isnt going to help much with our daily protein goals

I take dark matter and eat a meal contaoining healthy fat carbs and protein.or I just have a wpi shake with 30 g protein then wait an hour and have the meal Remember its a very high molecular weight carb and it digests basically instantly. It basically goes into the small intestine to get absorbed

yeah those 12 grams will absorb X% more efficient so its like having a lot more grams than that
