Waxy Maize

on glycomaize is extremelly good but the actuall powder is extremely wierd..for some reason when trying to get a scoop you always eng up getting the powder on yourself on the counter floor clothing etc...its really weird substance its almost sticky..
 
i'm thinkin about using sum maxy maize for my post workout, i mean the $ is a lil much for Glycomaize

has anyone feel like waxy maize is an awesome post workout supp?or agree wit this article?
 
i dont have any studies but when i take carbs pre and post workout has lead to some of the fastest gains i have ever had.
