Training on UCP-1

This is directed towards anybody who has used ucp-1 or any uncoupler in the past.

Did you training change at all while using an uncoupler?

I have left my weight training exactly the same but I've switched up HIIT cardio for low intensity trendmill/cycling cardio(30-40mins). I figured weight training + HIIT while in a hypocaloric state and using an uncoupler might lead to overtraining fast.

i personally dont change up my routine too much, when on any supplement or cycle. Its a simple tweak with the volume of sets that differs. I still stick to the basic compound movements with reps never lower than 5, and rarely never higher than 12 (unless its an ab or lower back/leg, or burn out sets).
Cardio however, is something you should definitely look to better if your desire is to cut the fat, and up the lean body mass. High intensity interval training is nice... a good aerobic style for any cutting/uncoupler regime.

I increased my cardio but weight training remained the same. I stacked it with NYC and it really cranked up the heat!

I do the same routine for lifting, and I also agree low intensity cardio is a much better option than HIIT when on an uncoupler. :)

I agree with low(er) intensity then HIIT. It's not that HIIT is bad, far from it, by the feeling I get from HIIT while on UCP-1 is not the best. Could also be the fact that my core temperature is a few degrees higher and the lethargy I feel while on UA :(
