ucp-1 and lower back pain

I started my ucp-1 yesterday and woke up with a dull ache in my lower back thats been there all day. I've been pounding back water all day too. I searched but couldnt find anything. Anybody else experience this?
 
seems to be have stopped now after going to work. I figured it was just the way I slept and was a fluke it happened the day after I started ucp-1

Better be careful with that, your kidneys are down there.
