You'll prolly never get rid of the gyno.. without surgery..
You shouldn't have done the steroids..
At 15 I doubt you'll be able to get a SERM- which is a type of PCT which usually inhibits gyno problems.. Should have ran it immedietly after the cycle.
BUT I guess since you were able to get the roids (I hope no local store sold you that ****) I may be wrong..
Taking any hormonal supps is bad for your age; even estrogen blockers..
Goodluck with any route you choose, wait another 6 years AT LEAST before thinking about some hormonal products dude.
Go to a pediatric endocrinologist. If you need a referral for a specialist (ask your parents about your health insurance.) If you don't, try to find one, or ask your doctor if he knows a good one. If you do then go to your PCP (primary care physician) and ask if he knows any good pediatric endocrinologists, and if he will give you a referal, and explain this problem.
I have gyno too man. Never had milk come out, but my chest did get really tender (sore) when I was 15. I got put on tamoxifen, and later Femara. They may help the estrogen levels, but they don't get rid of the breast tissue. If you have grown breast tissue, nothing you can do will make it go away. It is tissue, like an organ, not like a fat deposit. You can't exercise it away or anything. Surgery is the only way.
I actually started lifting partially to cover up the fact that I have gyno still. I figured if I got bigger, they wouldn't be as noticeable. And it does help, but it's still there, and it's never going away, unless I want to get surgery.
I had a BB friend of mine tell me about his surgery. He said it cost 6,500 or so, and afterward he had to wear a compression vest for a few weeks straight, then on and off for a few more weeks.
I think he was pretty pleased with the results, and wished he had gotten it sooner. (He was 24.)
I will tell you, the gyno has made my life hard. I've avoided a lot of things (swimming, taking off my shirt for - anything, getting intimade with girls) because of it. But really, it's not that big a deal. I am starting to be more okay with it now that I'm older (20 now.) and because I have actual caring friends who are understanding, and not high school friends who are dicks.
DO NOT TAKE ANOTHER SUPPLEMENT UNTIL YOU GO TO THE DOCTOR. GET BLOODWORK DONE.
That's my main advice there. Do that ASAP, and stop taking everything else you are taking. Continue to work out if you want, but just eat well and lost all the other bullshit. I think a multivitamin would be okay too. But even things like creatine i would stop taking until you get a complete blood work test, etc.
Good luck to you my friend. Don't beat yourself up about it, everyone makes mistakes. (I'm a recovering heroin addict.) Just do what you can now to mitigate any side-effects, and make sure to think things through a little better next time.
Everyone these days is too much into instant gratification. (Me included.) Instant gratification only leads to pain and suffering in the long term. (Or so buddhism has taught me.) Things that are GOOD, take time, effort, and determination. That's why work is called "work." You work a job, you get money. You do your homework, you learn. You work-out, you get stronger. etc. etc.
You take drugs, including steroids, and you will pay consequences.
