Animal Omega is one of my favorite products in the line. It's an awesome formula. EFA's don't get a lot of play since they are not "sexy" and don't give instant results however EFA's are essential. Simply put you need them, if you don't get enough from your diet then a supplement can help and Animal Omega goes above and beyond just . It is a balanced, full spectrum formula.

i usually just buy fish and flax as its cheaper, but Omega is a great supp that I really enjoyed and nobody beats their packaging, whether it be the cans or the individual bagigies of pills.

I've got a bottle, and I really like the convenience of them packaging all the pills for you. The wide variety of fats included is also a bonus, makes sure you've got your bases covered. Definitely a smart buy.

Pak, Omega, Flex - everyday. Gotta have a solid foundation to build on.
Omega is nice because the O3 to O6 ratio is balanced for you. No guessing. Never worry about wrong ratios or running out of a certain bottle. I need idiot proofing like this.

I tried taking them before bed with my casein shake, for about a week. I seemed to find I felt better when I would take them at breakfast time. Some said their joints felt better taking them before bed, I didn't get that feeling.
I take my Animal Omega at breakfast and about 3g of CLA before bed.

charles poliquin would have some of his guys taking 30+grams of Omega3s per day. He says its a great addition and helps cut fat and build muscle.
I personally take 2 packs of omegas - one w/ my breakfast shake and one with my casein shake at bedtime.
I can recall reading an article about the inflammation reduction of EFAs and potential issues regarding restricting muscle growth by blunting the response. But I don't remember it having any studies to back it up. My personal experience is that EFAs help.
