To increase bone strength you need to do resistance training. Anything heavy that stresses the bone, so that it adapts accordingly. Supplements that help with joints/bone, etc. include OsteoSport and Cissus.
Endurance and stamina are pretty much the same thing. There are various supplements out there that will help with this: Drive, Cordygen5, to name a couple. Training for endurance/stamina will also do this.
