my hot rox says take before breakfast and than again 6 hours later..take both on an empty stomach...i took my first serving 15 mins before breakfast and my next serving will be at one but im not going to be eating my next meal at 2 when should i take with should i wait till 145 or just have it at one and have an empty stomach for an hour till my mealll

Just have it at 1, empty stomach. It gives it more time to kick in before the food messes with absorption.
