My nephew is 15 and playing football, and is starting to question me about supplements. Is he too young for creatine?

It's fine to take at 15.
I would just make sure he knows everything about it first.
Too many people go around taking stuff knowing nothing about it.

he would probably get more out of bcaa'a and other amino acids than creatine. plus its more safe. he has been eating proteins all this life and thus aminos as well. by going this route you know he is not taking something he body is not familiar with. prob be good with xtend.
