Beta alanine


  1. that's a good find. I definately feel like it has helped my endurance but I don't does that high. Maybe 2g/day

  4. yeah, i think 5g a day is minimal for real results. what I like is the one study with creatine, where its pretty solid linear results - the placebo group gained 0, the creatine mono group gained x lbs, the BA only group gained y lbs, and the creatine mono + BA group gained x+y lbs

    Easy, do you know what doses they used in that particular study?

  8. no, that wasnt the original one i read, so i'm not sure of dosing, and I dont have full access either. the original I read was 5g beta alanine + 10g creatine mono a day if i recall right
