What brand is the best cissus???

I've used super cissus from USP Labs, and it took the pain in my foot away, but I hurt my shoulder and it's been killing me for 2 weeks, and it doesn't seem to be healing at all. I need to buy more cissus but I was just reading the reviews of Primaforce on nutraplanet, and some said it's better then USP Labs cissus, so I was wondering if there is anyone who has tried them both or is there even something better out there?

i really think a poll would be a more efficient method of inquiry.

Bulk Super Cisssus RX is only $16.99 right now. I bought some and will hopefully get good results from it. I've never tried any other Cissus products.

I think it's my rotator cuff and maybe some tendons, I was doing Incline dumbbell presses and I lost control of it, and my right arm started going to the left so I tried to put it down, that's when it cranked my arm. I felt something rip, move or pull, I'm not certain of what it is, but you can't see any torn muscle. I feel the pain the most when moving my arm down, like an arm wrestling position, thats why I think it's my rotator cuff and I also feel it when flexing my arm. I'm sorry to everyone because I know it's confusing and very hard to explain. I am going to get an x-ray tomorrow, but the doctors where I live don't do anything except hand out anti-inflammatory pills :(

Thank you for the replies.

Try doing some external rotations with super light weight for reps of like 50-100. Just go as far as you can without the pain getting to bad, it should never be more than a 5 on a 1-10 scale of pain. Do this everyday for a could weeks and avoid pressing, you should notice some relief then.

go to a medical supply place, and buy a yard of red theraband for $3. then follow pmillers advice.

oh, and our pecs tend to be tight, which rolls the shoulders forward and creates instability in the shouulders and upper back. grab the theraband palms down and shoulder width apart. keeping elbows locked, raise your arms over your head, and all the way as far back as you can. let the theraband pull your arms together.

Thanks alot I will try this :D

tried a few different brands and my favorite is Primaforce. Great price and quality and seemed to work just as good or better than every other one i've tried.

Be sure to get the red one. It'll feel easy, but 50+ will burn your rotator the **** out. Also, with the easy one, you have the option to double up, if you need more resistance, say, when stretching the pecs. A heavier one won't give you that option.

Best $3 I've spent in ages. :D

USP Labs Super Cissus took care of most of my joint pain in my shoulders, ankle, and shoulders within days on the suggested 4 caps a day 2X2. I'm now taking Primaforce's version based on the reviews I read. I first started off with the 2X2, didn't do much. I've upped it to 7 a day, and I'm finally starting to feel a little relief. But, at the rate I'm going thru them I'll be done with them in 2 weeks. I'll have to go back to USP Labs, is there an equivalent in bulk?

super cissus rx is the best ive used, but ive been using bulk powder from suppdirect for money reasons.

I will stick with USP Labs then. I got an x-ray and the doctor said I sprained my shoulder, not the rotator cuff, but he gave me a prescription for anti-inflammatory pills. He said he can't tell if the tendons are still attached, so I'm supposed to take them for 2 weeks and if its still not healed, I have to go get an MRI :S He also told me not to think about doing any therapy exercises yet:S so I guess I will stick to cardio for now:(
