So yea I'm cheap! I want some xtend but should realy be saving my $ so I was thinkin about gettin a kilo of BCAAz and this to flavor them? I only saw one review about the ras. Flavor and he did not like it. I'm thinkin about the lemon or fruit punch any one tryed it?

Mix it with country tyme lemonade lol.

So is this stuff a no go? Or no has no one tryed it? Yea I was allso thinkin maybe the lil kool-aid packs. Any one know if them are 0 calz. I'm thinkin about usin it for AM Cardio.

I second the crystal light. Comes in any flavor you like with 0 cals.
