osteo-sport for the most has been receiving good reviews. cissus in general should help. Do you mean range of motion, not flexibility?

For flexibility, look into Range of Motion exercises. Joint supps help with the pain. Texas mentioned http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/applied-nutriceuticals/osteo-sport-150-caps.html which is very complete. Omega-3's are also anti-inflammatory, so a good idea. My parents both swear by http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/now-foods/celadrin-msm-120-caps. . http://www.nutraplanet.com/product/uspowders/bulk-super-cissus-rx-100-grams.html is also on a smoking hot special right now.
The current deal for USPowders Bulk SuperCissusRx is unreal. With so many positive reviews and science to back it up, this is an easy decision.

USPowders Bulk SuperCissusRx @ Nutraplanet.com

You could also consider stacking the 'old favorites'; glucosamine, chondroitin, fish oil and/or MSM.

i mean range of motion, yes. my wrists are very still and painful. i cant even do pushups becuase they dont even bend back far enough. lately there has been pain whenever i am doing pressing motions or curls, tricep extensions, etc. im looking to help the range of motion and most of all get something that will help the pain and inflammation very quickly

i was looking at osteosport but it doesnt have alot of cissus in it?

sportpharma joint-v, bulk cissus or supercissus, and fish oils all helped me ease cracks and pops and things of that nature.
