I would start dosing it 2-3 days before your active day, and then on that day of course. That's what I do with my Fenugreek. I found if I dose it everyday, I am basically a walking hornball, and that can interfere with my day to day activities

In support of Trip's post, I ran the three kings, and loved the hell out of it. Once the dosge is figured out that works for YOU\ME, you won't\can\t go wrong. One thing to keep in mind, this is not something where "more is more" works. You would be surprised where "less is more" will make you a believer. Now I am not on some get diesel band wagon, the supp works. If you look at some of my other posts, you will see that I have been consistent in my expression and opinions of how it worked for me. BTW, yall seen my uncle cletus, tell bring my dang tire back for my wheel chair.

I agree, something like Blue UP / Blue GENE, Coq Diesel, DTH or Powerfull would be better. But it's fun to see what ingredients do what ... and being able to tweek your intake of each according to your "goals"

As a stand alone, non-standardized, full spectrum herb, I'd say that nothing beats it. It's not so much a libido-booster as it is a performance enhancer, though. I'm 49 years old and if I take it at bedtime, more often than not, I have morning wood the next day. It doesn't seem to work as well if taken during the day, so there are limitations to what it can do, but for a couple of bucks a month, it is well worth it.

A way to work it into a stack is to take it at bedtime while taking your natty test booster during the day. I don't know how that would work with Blue Up or DTH, but it is worth a try. It's worked well for me when I've taken HGW/Maca during the day and fenugreek at night. It didn't seem to work as well when taken with Dim, though.

I would just get a bottle of DTH and maybe some TTE (if they still make it) or some divanex from NP. That is all you need and will work loads better than that hodgepodge of pills you have.
