Non Steroidal Supplements That Build Muscle

Non Steroidal Supplements That Build Muscle

We have all seen body builders and think to ourselves wow how do they get that big? Well a lot of it has to do with the use of anabolic steroids. But is it possible to get huge rippling muscles and win body building competitions without using steroids? And if so can you do it naturally? In this article you will learn how and what kind of non steroidal supplements build muscle so you can make the healthier choice and stay away from steroids.

Let?s take a look at steroids. Well anabolic steroids are used as a growth hormone and steroids increase the testosterone level which is used to build muscle. Even though these steroids are growing in popularity and they are getting easier and more affordable to get they are still very much illegal to use.

They have many effects on the body that are negative such as health effects; they can affect your reproductive organs and even personality. People like drugs get addicted to steroids and many body builders become dependant on them. Body builders also do not know the effects of steroids and how it will react to there body so it is dangerous in that aspect as well.

Do not worry though if you are a body builder there is a way to increase your growth hormones and testosterone naturally just by exercising. You see anabolic means to build up so a steroid would and does build up the muscle but you do not need steroids there is a much safer way and even though harder it will be something that you can both be proud of and you can accomplish your goals naturally.

So the easiest way to increase your anabolic hormone production is to increase the intensity of your workouts, increase reps and the weight and take 60 seconds rests between reps. Another way is to eat a carbohydrate and a protein immediately before and immediately after your workout.

There are many supplements to that you can take such as protein just visit your local health food store and they can help you find a good protein supplement to help you build muscle. You do not need steroids to build muscle you can get just as big as the body builders that use steroids all you have to do is work very hard and take some protein supplements and you will achieve the goals you were going for. Remember to increase your intensity when working out and you will start increasing your growth hormones or your testosterone levels.

    SIXTY-SECOND RESTS BETWEEN REPS???

Does that strike anybody else? I've been working on the notion that no rest between reps & shorter rests between the sets was the way to go - never heard of (much less tried) this "hardly workin'" approach.

I am inclined to believe he has made a grammatic error.

    EX: Reps = 12 repetitions.

I believe he is implying that you perform reps (the acts of performing 12 repetitions), rest 60 seconds, then perform reps (the acts of performing 12 repetitions) again.

Or he is a complete moron.

    So it's NOT some top-modern pump-the-endocrines technique?

I rest 60sec between each rep all the time.... Takes me about 12 hours for each workout 4 days a week = 48 hard hours of working out... I'm friggen huge and the girls love me.... Thats only when I have a chance to go out because I'm working out all the time.
