I have decided to start incorporating natural honey into my diet. Its something different and delicious, I'm just wondering how much is good for you, and what amount is too much. Don't want to impact my blood sugar that much.

Honey is good, low GI rating, so it burns slowly. But half of the cals come from fructose which can turn into fat. Honey is good when your bulking though. I would do ~2-3 teaspoons with a meal.
