Im doing a DCP/recreate stack, im looking to shred away about 15 pounds, what are the doses i should take, and at what times

2 tablets morning
3 tablets preworkout
2 tablets dinner (or swap last two if you work out in the evening)
1 tablet immediately before bed.
Please post up your meal and training schedule and we can lay it out exactly for you.
This stack works very well, i can attest.
I am personally starting Recreate, Anabolic-Pump and DCP in about two weeks.
When i train where it says morning it is at 8 AMThank you for that post, however, I was more concerned with a schedule.
I would like to know what time you eat your meals and what time you train. This way we can time it all right.

USPlabs Anabolic Pump™
On training days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times daily, fifteen minutes before carbohydrate containing meals; preferably with morning, pre-workout, and post-workout meals.
On non-training days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 3 times daily fifteen minutes before carbohydrate containing meals; preferably with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

6:45am – Wake, Take 1 USPlabs Anabolic-Pump™ in preparation for breakfast meal.
7:00am – Eat breakfast meal. Be sure that the meal contains at least 40g of complex carbohydrate.
7:30am - Take 2 USPlabs ReCreate™ in preparation for training.
8:00am - Optional training.
11:45am - Take 1 USPlabs Anabolic-Pump™ in preparation for lunch meal.
12:00pm – Eat lunch meal. Be sure that the meal contains at least 40g of complex carbohydrate.
4:45pm - Take 1 USPlabs Anabolic-Pump™ in preparation for pre-workout meal.
5:00pm – Eat pre-workout meal. Be sure that the meal contains at least 40g of complex carbohydrate.
5:30pm - Take 2 USPlabs ReCreate™ in preparation for training.
6:00pm – Train.
8:45pm - Take 1 USPlabs Anabolic-Pump™ in preparation for post-workout meal.
9:00pm – Eat post-workout meal. Be sure that the meal contains at least 40g of complex carbohydrate.
