DCP/recreate stack, help with dose

Im doing a DCP/recreate stack, im looking to shred away about 15 pounds, what are the doses i should take, and at what times

For the DCP take:
2 in the am
3 before training
2 before dinner
and 1 before bed for optimal results.

I can't speak for Recreate as I've not used it.
Good luck on your stack.

Please post up your meal and training schedule and we can lay it out exactly for you.

This stack works very well, i can attest.

I am personally starting Recreate, Anabolic-Pump and DCP in about two weeks.

Day 1

Evening:
Chest-
Warm up 5 minute bike
4X 10 DB Incline
4X10 DB Incline Butterflies
Abs- W/ Weights
4X10 Bench w/ DB
4X10 DB Over-head
4X10 Butterflies
3X5 DB Bench – Max Weight
30 minutes HITT running training

Day 2

Morning: 30 minutes Bike HITT training, 30 minutes ABS


Evening:
5 Minutes Bike warmup
Shoulders/Back-
4X10 DB Military Press
4X10 Shrugs
4X10 Lat Pull Down
Abs w/out Weights
4X10 Dead lift
4X10 Upright Row







Day 3

Evening
5 Minute Bike warmup
Bicep/Tri-
4X 10 Curls w/ short bar
4X10 Triceps pull down with rope//Triangle
4X10 DB Curls/ low gripped
Abs w/ Weights
4X10 Lawnmowers
4X10 Triceps Uno-DB
4X10 Forearm, bar behind body
DB curl Ladder start with 40's

30 minutes HITT Training- running

Day 4

Morning: 30 minute bike HITT training, 30 minute ABS

Evening:
5 minute bike warmup
Legs-
4X10 Leg Curls
4X10 Leg extension
4 X10 Leg Press
Abs w/out Weights
4X20 yard Lung w/ weight
4X10 Step up w/ Weight

Day 5: 45 minute HITT Swimming Training

Day 6- Goes directly back to Day 1, But now my sets and reps go to 4X12


Example of my workout rotation:

DB BENCH Rotation

4X10 60lbs

4X12 60 lbs

4X 6 65 Lbs

4X8 65 lbs

4X10 65 lbs

4X12 65lbs

4X 6 70lbs

Every time i go through a rotation of each muscle group i switch up the reps and weight.



Diet consist of

Whole grain foods: Oatmeal, 100% whole wheat bread, Cereal

Protein: Ham, Turkey, Baked chicken, eggs, cheese

Green Veggies, broccoli, green beans

Fats:peanut butter, sausage, bacon

2% milk

1 gallon of water per day


I am spacing my food meals about 5 times a day, calorie intake is probably around 2750


Age:21
Weight: 195
Height: 5'11
BF%- unclear, anywhere from 17-20%

Ive been lifting hard for about 2 months and ive gained lots of muscle and im not positive how much BF% i have, i believe ive gained some good quality lean muscle but a layer of fat covering, Most fat is located at love handles and thighs, with some in pecs.

Thank you for that post, however, I was more concerned with a schedule.

I would like to know what time you eat your meals and what time you train. This way we can time it all right.

When i train where it says morning it is at 8 AM

Evening is at 6 pm

Meals are

7 am

10 am

noon

4pm

9pm

I cant wait to get my dcp rolling, i finally got a bottle after all this time of hearing the rave reviews!

I'll be starting this stack next week. DCP is much better if taken on an empty stomach, correct? I workout in the evening, and eat dinner roughly about half hour to an hour after my post workout shake. Should I take a couple of DCP pre-workout, and then a couple more post workout?
This will be the 2nd time I've cycled DCP, but I'm I'm still trying to absorb as much info for optimum dosing.

USPlabs Anabolic Pump™

On training days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 3 times daily, fifteen minutes before carbohydrate containing meals; preferably with morning, pre-workout, and post-workout meals.

Since ill be adding in DCP into this example, is it fine to take anabolic pump with DCP at the same time?

Yep.

Also, do the nighttime dose. It will keep you all warm and fuzzy.
