I need help please

I am 6'6" tall and weigh about 221lbs I have about 11% bf and I need to getting bigger. I train 5 days a week and am in pretty good shape but i just want to pack on the size.I recently started taking protein and No Explode but I need some help as far as what to take suppliment wise? Mass Fx, BAM? please give me some advise

You need CALORIES!! no one supplement will get you bigger.

Seriously. Eat more. A lot more. Sweet Potatoes. Brown Rice. Whole wheat pasta. All of those are great. A lot of meat too will help.

And if you find yourself without time to eat, drink up a protein shake mixed with a carb shake.

You need a good 4000 calories a day to pack up a lb. So as far as supps: BCAA, Creatine, Kwik Carb, Protein shakes, and a multivitamin (i'd sugest orange triad) and on you go!

yea buddy i used to be the kid who just took supplements to get bigger and yea i did see SOME results but its defiantly about eating the RIGHT types of food, i know its hard man but dont give up, were all going through what you are hahaha
