L-Arginine: every day or only as needed (post your experience 2)

I was wondering if i should take L-Arginine, everyday or only when needed.

I tried a pill that had a blend of this and horny goat weed and longjack but the bottle didnt say how much was in it. It worked about 2hrs later after taking it but is it better to take everyday or only when i plan to have sex? And at what dosage?

any input or experiences are also welcomed
 
lol so your only reason for taking L-Arginine is for sex? Well if that is what the plan is then I would say just take it on days you think you might be active as it may increase some vascularity or blood flow to a certain area. If you want something good for that area check out Coq Diesel or Diesel Test Hardcore!
