    Preworkout creatine blend or just Creatine?


    Hi Guys,

    Looking to try something new out. I've used products like NO Xplode and SuperPump several times, I love the energy rush from using them.

    But I was wondering if maybe just creatine would be more effective? I've never used creatine alone, will it help gains very much?

    Do you want energy and creatine preworkout? Or do you just want creatine with no energy?

    i would just take the creatine(mono preferably) after workouts with plenty of water and for pre-workout just eat a granola bar with peanut butter or something.

    I have heard that you can get pretty good pumps from just creatine.. like Kre-Alkaline.. IDK, I stopped taking Cellucor M5 and started All American EFX Kre-Alkaline and I still have the same energy in the gym...

    If you have the money I'd do the Shotgun before and have some creatine mono to take after your workout..

    I prefer the blends as oppose to straight creatine.

    can somebody bump that thread on the study about creatine mono being more effective and more bio-available than Kre or CEE?... i think i read it here...
