What is the most legit way to get supps on a plane?

I am heading home for the holidays and plan to keep up my routine at a local gym. What is the best way to bring all my random pills on a plane without appearing like a druggie? I had my stash dumped once before and I really want to avoid having it happen again. I mean fish oil, various vitamins, relora and AP are pretty sketchy...

Put it in your checked luggage. If you MUST carry it on, try and carry as many labels/real bottles as possible, and perhaps print off an Item List beforehand.

Put it checked luggage, They won't let you bring powders or a bunch of bottles in your carry on. I am sure someone here will say that they did without a problem but Think about it, How happy are you gonna be if you have to throw your stash away because you didn't check it. I am with the majority on this one. You run a safer chance if you put it in your checked luggage. Or, if you can, send it thru the mail ahead and pick it up when you get there. If you can calculate what you need, then take just that, and you won't have worry about sending or travelling back with stuff.

I fly domestically and internationally pretty often. You're best bet is checked baggage. But if you have to have certain supps to hold you over on the flight buy a typical pill case. I've never had problems with a pill case in my carry on and bottles or a larger pill case in my checked baggage.

yea checked luggage, I had some nutraplanet bulk creatine, and some protein and ragnarok and it got through, and it was oakland airport, so if it gets through their I think some pills will be fine!

it looked like 5lbs of cocaine in a container. wen i brought a week supply of whey protien.

I just throw my bottles in my carry-on. They've only looked once and did not do anything about it. I've done this multiple times at O'Hare and Philly and haven't had a problem yet.

Maybe just keep them in their original bottles.

checked baggage shouldnt be a problem
i had to take medications from australia to USA when i went there for 4months back in 07 and i threw it all in my checked luggage without any issues (it was medicinal) so i had a note from the docs incase but yea

as long as its not illegal im sure its fine... dont pull a stallone and bring steroids into australia the way he did recently

best bet is call up the airline and ask as they'll know the laws for the departure/destination incase you think you have anything that might be dodgy or you're taking a huge amount of crap that you think might be suspicious

all else fails maybe try the national aviation authorities website... ie FAA if ur in the states

the one thing i hate about supplements. I am at school swallowing a handfull of pills and people just look at me with their eyes wide open. Its even worse when I'm around my friends because I used to have a little pill popping problem, so whenever they see me taking anything they assume its opiates or valium.

Hah, buddy you should come work at my old work place... a factory/lab wihch produces natural pharmaceutical products ranging from vitamin pills, drinks, supplements etc

night shift once the big bosses left - my mates brother was left in charge... sneak out into the warehouse and open a whole box of B12 supplements and take them all in at once and see who can hold it in before throwing it up (as it tends to expand with saliva)

do you think its safe to wrap a few pills (legal pills) in some toilet paper and stick it in your pocket?

i may take a 13 hour trip to china next month, and i only want to bring a few pills on the plane.

ive taken loads of protein (no whey allowed in china), creatine, and alot of other supps in my check in 3 times to china already, never had a problem, but ive never bought pills other than advil on the plane with me.

Just check it in with your luggage. Throw a couple porn magazines or some chocolates in there as a distraction tactic in case your bag gets inspected.

im a pilot here in australia and was over in the USA last year... i know the USA is strict on what you bring on planes... they have very strict limits on liquids ... as for powders and possibly solid powders ie tablets... not sure

best bet is to call up your airline and ask them, or check their website or the FAA

also look up the chinese customs website thats gona be the most limiting... last thing you want to do is bring something into China of all places that they wont like... I'd imagine they'd be a bit strict and punishing! best to be safe than sorry!

For liquids, empty out and clean a sunscreen container, for pills, multi vitamin containers, or just vitamin containers of a singular quality, and a suitcase.
