If you are like me, you are hanging on to every penny right now:Essentials can help !
With an economic problem (I won't bring myself to use the "R word"), the Holidays coming up, food prices increasing and everything else going up with it....It's hard to find ways to save money.
If you are like most of the guys here, we love our supps and take them to help us reach our goals
The problem is the amount of money we spend to get there...let's look at the basics:

Multi Vitamin*- $25-$35 per month
Beta Alanine- $15-$40 per 2 months

Digestion support- $12-$20 per month
That's a total of $88-$220 depending on what you buy....per month on just the basics!!!

Side note: For 2 months of a comparable multi, Adam (120 tabs) By: NOW Foods . $9/month, not to rain on your parade. But somebody is going to call it out. - 12-10-2008, 06:55 AM
- 12-10-2008, 07:45 AM
OR, you could just NOT buy any supplements and will be able to save more money.
Food for thought.
NOW Adam has, and always will, have my money. It's so much cheaper, and works well! - 12-10-2008, 08:15 AM
Whats the serving count. IF you really wanted to get technical, i can spen 12.00 on creatine and BCAAS together and get over 125 for each servings for just 35.00. I can get a multi vitamin for 10.00, and take my olive oil and flax for my joints. That totals 45 bucks for a very large amount of servings. Now...if you servings are in the area of 90-115 per tub, you by far have the better deal. I am typing this assuming they are the general 30 serving supp tub.

Ok, now show me NOW's profile. If you're going to say that 'yours is far superior,' don't just show me yours, show me the comparative analysis between the two.
If you cannot, then your statement needs to be retracted.
But, if you can provide actual proof, then I will kindly say that you are right, and move on. - 12-10-2008, 04:45 PM

This is what will be out in 10 days.
Ironlungze didn't mean to sounds so pimp like lol
I have used NOW adam and do like the ingredients.
When we made Essentials we went with some higher priced multi vits people asked us for.
As always we listen to what our customers would like and try our best to give that to them. We don't make a product and try and make a person believe they should take it.
I respect your decision to use NOW Adam and as you say it is very cheap. To me $40 or so is a good price for everything you get in Essentials.Sleep Supplement 3Z BCAA: Red Raspberry and Lemon flavors

How well does it mix with all those amino's ? - 12-10-2008, 05:06 PM
Actually it mixes pretty good.
As to mixing it in protein powder, because of the ingredients it DOES taste good if you mix it in a fruit flavored protein powder.
Or you can mix it in Crystal lite, any no calorie fruit type drink, Gatorade, diet iced tea, orange juice really any fruit juice etc.Sleep Supplement 3Z BCAA: Red Raspberry and Lemon flavors
