i am 24 yrs old and have put on some unwanted lbs. i worked out alot, but stoped for about 2 years, and put on about 40 lbs. just started back to the gym and am looking to knock the weight off. i have changed my diet and am doing about 45 mins of cardio a day. i was looking at some supplements that might help me with greater results at burning fat. any suggestions??
